Virtual Machine (VM) assigned per team

Each team manages their resources within their assigned VM.
Teams will get sudo-access on their VM such that they can manage their
required software independently.

Teams will be provided with a VM the specifications of which can be
negotiated depending on available resources.
Different operation systems for the VMs are possible (e.g. Rocky9,CentOS 7, Ubuntu 20.04 amongst others)
Team-specific software needs to be installed by the teams themselves.
sweSRC can host up to 10 teams depending on resource requirements.
Assigned VMs will remain active for 2 months after the deadline of SDC3

Users will be informed of the IP-address of their assigned VM after
which they can log in via ssh.
We prefer a single point of contact for each team. The team 'leader'
will be responsible for user management on their VM.
Teams define their own workflows. sudo access ensures full control
over the VM.
sudo access allows teams to handle their own software.
Teams can run both docker and singularity containers of their VM.
