The challenge receives support from major international processing facilities, listed on the drop-down menu above. Teams who would like to request computational resources to support their analysis of the challenge dataset may submit a short proposal summarising their requirements with a technical justification. Teams will then be assigned a computational facility based upon their details requirements.
The resources that are offered are diverse; however, an effort has been made to make the provision comparable in terms of total allocation. Provision may include access either to Virtual Machines (VMs) and to High Performance Computing (HPC) environments with job schedulers; the availability of GPUs is explicitly stated for each facility, as well as the possibility to run singularity/docker containers.
